Hello, I’m Zumra Ahamed Ahrar, I have been with the company for over a year now. I’m originally from Sri Lanka and moved to the United States at the age of 13, spending most of my life in Pennsylvania. I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Interdisciplinary Studies with minors in Health Sciences and Criminal Justice from West Chester University. During college, I worked in property management for student housing, where I developed key skills in leadership, communication, and relationship building.
After graduating, I began my career in marketing under the mentorship of Christopher Hurst. I was immediately drawn to the company’s diverse and growth oriented culture, one that values mentorship, leadership development, and teamwork. Through the Management Training Program, I’ve been able to strengthen my business mindset, leadership abilities.
Looking ahead, my goal is to utilize the mentorship from the program and as a young entrepreneur open up a cybersecurity firm. The skill sets I’ve acquired from the program allows me to continue to grow as a leader, empower others to reach their potential, and create meaningful opportunities for success.
